The annexe has three windows which makes it very light and is ideally suited for the professional looking for the right balance between comfort and the affordable independence of self-catering. Centrally heated and with additional radiators available makes this a cosy place to stay. Comprising of one open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen area and a separate en-suite w.c with an electric shower cubicle it has all the modern conveniences of a home from home. Living area has a high quality low double futon bed that doubles as a settee if required, an additional armchair, Colour TV and DVD. Display double cupboard and single wardrobe with drawers and mirrored door for storage. Kitchen area at the front of the annexe is of a high standard of modern appliances including a top quality low-profile induction two plate hob, a grill / oven combined microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer. The normal facilities including a circular stainless steel sink, drainer and all cooking utensils and crockery are included. Iron and Ironing board provided. Hair dryer. Linen and towels are provided and the annexe is serviced weekly or in between lets if for short stays. A nearby laundrette is available however the host can provide washing facilities at an additional charge. Rates include the cost of all heating, electricity and services.
