CANCELLATION BY VISITOR

Due to us being privately run B&Bs and accommodation providers we have created a cancellation policy that is both fair on our guests and hosts. We do allow a 24 hour period for guests who change their minds in regards to a reservation placed. This can not be applied to a booking made with 7 days prior to arrival.

The amount of money refunded will be a percentage of the accommodation fee (up to first 4 weeks prior arrival) based on the number of weeks notice given of the cancellation.

The respective refund percentages are listed below:

More than 4 weeks
100% Percentage of rent refunded

Between 2 weeks and 4 weeks
75% (unless room is rebooked)

Less than 2 weeks and during stay
No refund (unless room is rebooked)
