Bedroom
A peaceful bedroom with double bed, two bedside cabinets with drawer space and bedside lamps, a mirror-fronted wardrobe with a drawer underneath and a dressing table and chair. There are patio doors that lead out to a charming courtyard garden.
Bathroom
A fully-tiled shower room fitted with high quality bathroom units including WC, wash basin and shower. There is also a raffia cabinet with 3-drawers. Complimentary toiletries are included.
Kitchen
This is an extremely well equipped kitchen. Facilities include washing machine, fridge, cooker with two ovens and 4 hobs, microwave, toaster and kettle. In addition there is a table and two chairs as well as cupboard space containing all the crockery and kitchen utensils that may be required. There is a door leading out to the courtyard garden. In the hallway there is a cupboard containing iron and ironing board and cleaning equipment. A self-serve continental breakfast may be provided if required.
Courtyard
The lovely courtyard garden with patio furniture and a variety of colorful plants and shrubs is for the sole use of the apartment and makes a peaceful place for dining and relaxing in the warmer months.Visitors may make use of the University Gym behind the flat at a small concessionary cost.
